Tuesday fitness rides: Meet at 5:30pm at YMCA on Smythe Street for an all out, fitness building ride. Route chosen on the spot. Starts April 29th, 2008. Speed: 28-30+km/h.
Thursday social rides: Meet at 5:30pm at YMCA on Smythe Street for a fast paced but fun ride. Route chosen on the spot. Starts May 1st, 2008. Speed: 28-30+km/h, nobody gets dropped.
Saturday morning rides: Meet at Tim Horton's on Smythe for a fast paced but fun ride. Route chosen on the spot. Start times vary. Speed: 25-30km/h.

All rides depart from the Fredericton Exhibition grounds on Smythe Street, except during FREX week (first week of September), unless otherwise noted. When FREX is on, meet at the Aquatic Centre behind Victoria Health Centre on Brunswick Street.
