The Boyce Farmers' Market at 665 George Street has been a Saturday morning tradition for Frederictonians since 1951.
Food vendors serve hearty breakfasts and hot or cold local and international food throughout the morning. Over 200 vendors provide fine local crafts, fresh meats and vegetables and seasonal favourites such as maple syrup adn apple cider.

Also, every Saturday morning during July and August, a summer farmers' market is held in front of City Hall from 6 am - 1 pm.
